Packing & shipping your collection
Wait for written approval before sending anything. We’ll confirm the accepted contents, shipping address, reference, and terms by email.
Bulk postage is normally seller-paid. Any label cost, insurance arrangement, or return-shipping cost is agreed before shipment.
Keep the groups together
For calculator bulk, separate by game and payout category and label the counts. No set or alphabetical sorting needed. Keep ordinary bulk in snug inner card boxes; you don’t need to sleeve every card. Follow the agreed plan for mixed collections.
Protect what’s inside
A sound reused carton, clean packing paper and secure inner boxes can do a lot. Cushion every side and fill gaps without squeezing the cards. Sleeve valuable singles and add a suitable holder; wrap slabs separately. Keep tape and rubber bands off cards.
Make it traceable
Before sealing, gently move the box: nothing should slide or rattle. Include your name and submission reference, number multiple boxes, and use tracking. Check the packed weight and postage first—especially for small bulk submissions.
A quick read on condition.
Look at the front, back, edges and corners together. Condition reflects the number, severity and combination of imperfections—not just the most obvious mark.
Not sure where a card falls? Tell us what you can see and send clear photos. You don’t need to grade your collection before getting in touch. Raw-card condition is separate from a grading company’s numerical grade.
A few things worth knowing
Do you buy modern cards and recent sealed product?
Modern collections are absolutely welcome. If you waited outside Target to build a sealed quick-flip inventory, we’re probably not your buyer. We want new retail product to get into the hands of collectors and fans—not support modern scalper culture.
What about bulk?
We currently buy Pokémon and Magic bulk only; we are not purchasing bulk from other games. Other TCGs and collectibles are still welcome through our general collection inquiry.
Calculator bulk: published category rates apply to eligible near-mint English cards. Count each card once in its highest applicable category.
Unsorted bulk: send photos, an approximate count and a description of the mix. We’ll agree the pricing method before shipment.
Collection assessment: binders, vintage cards and potentially valuable mixed collections deserve an individual review. Offers account for significant individual items and the remaining material. Being unsorted does not make an entire collection ordinary bulk.
I don’t know exactly what I have.
That’s fine. You don’t need to sort twenty years of collecting, price every card or build a spreadsheet. Start with a few overview photos and what you know. Identifying what we can and asking for closer views is our job.
For calculator bulk, keep the games and payout categories separate. Label the groups and approximate quantities; there’s no need to sort by set or alphabetically.
How do offers and shipping work?
We agree preliminary pricing and shipping terms before you send anything. After assessment, we explain meaningful changes and you decide whether to accept the final offer. Any exceptional charges and return-shipping costs are agreed before shipment.
Who pays for shipping bulk?
Sellers normally pay inbound bulk postage. If we provide a label, we’ll confirm whether we cover the cost or deduct the disclosed amount. Check postage against your estimate before sending a small bulk lot.

A note on merchandise condition.
We’re interested in sealed, deadstock and exceptionally well-kept merchandise: promotional items, boxed toys and figures, store displays, apparel, accessories and unusual pieces worth preserving.
Very lightly used pieces can make sense when they’re scarce or particularly well preserved. Heavily used toys, loose modern figures, worn accessories and ordinary plush usually aren’t a fit. Mention missing packaging, wear or damage in your overview.
